Terms of service

These terms govern your use of humanhours.dev, operated by Triad B.V., trading as Triad Agency (the "Service"). Using the Service means you accept these terms.

This is a plain-language summary; for the long-form contract used in enterprise deals, contact support@triadagency.ai.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and API keys safe. Activity under your keys is your activity. Tell us immediately if a key may be compromised so we can help revoke it.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Send personal data through audit_sample that you don't have the right to process under GDPR.
• Use the Service to enable downstream actions that would themselves be illegal in the EU.
• Reverse-engineer or republish our Reports API as a competing product.

We may suspend an account that breaches these without notice.

Pricing and billing

The current plans and prices live at /pricing. We bill in advance for the included quota; metered overage is charged at the end of the period.

Price changes apply to the next billing cycle. If we raise the included Pro price by more than 10%, you can cancel for a pro-rated refund of the period in flight.

Termination

You can cancel any time from /billing. Cancellation stops auto-renewal; you keep access until the end of the period. Data is removed per the retention table in /docs/legal/privacy.

We can terminate for cause (breach of acceptable use, payment failure beyond 30 days). We email at least 7 days before termination unless the breach demands faster action.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Our maximum liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential, or special damages to the extent allowed by Dutch law.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the District Court of Amsterdam.

Changes

Material changes are posted here with a dated row. Continued use after the change date means acceptance.
